Alexandria Real Estate Equities is transforming the site at 1100 Rancho Conejo into a vibrant new life sciences campus. The proposed Thousand Oaks project will create lab and office space, add a new fitness facility, and create new open green spaces.



What's Happening Next



The project team began demolition in June, 2022. Demolition will continue through October, 2022.



Notices will be mailed by the city about a public hearing related to this project.
